The route equates to a distance of 22 387km, through a direct path. According to Google Maps, the walk would take 4 492 hours to complete and includes 187 full days of non-stop walking.

Aug 14, 2020 · For someone who doesn’t walk generally, or is not very fit, I would suggest no more than 6 miles, and they would be hurting the next day. But if you do walk into double digit miles generally, a maximum mileage you should aim for would be 30 miles in one day. Although as you will see below, the World Record is a staggering 108.74 miles!
Feb 14, 2022 · Fuel properly. Eating a small snack of a couple of hundred calories of mostly carbs before your run will give your body the fuel it needs to go the distance. Refuel within 30 minutes after a run gives your body the fuel it needs to repair itself to build back stronger.
